2005 Ice Castle 12x6.5

selling my Ice Castle Fish house. It has a v-front in which you'll have storage and a bathroom and includes a chemical toilet, a light and window. It has a kitchenette with a three burner cooktop and oven, cupboards, and a countertop. It has a stereo system, TV shelf and antenna. It has two bunks which the top flips up and the bottom converts to two benches and a table with storage underneath. There are four holes with catch covers and rattle reels. It is wired for 12V DC and 110V AC. There is a direct vent, forced air furnace (12V) and a backup wall mounted heater and a gas light. I am asking $5000 for it, but am willing to negotiate. How wide and long is the table when folded down? Does it come with propane tanks? Batteries? Charging System?

It does not come with propane tanks, batteries or a charger. But I can throw the tanks in if the price is right. As for the batteries and charger, we could negotiate them into the price. The table is 35" long and 31.75" deep, with the bed being 72.75" long and 31.75" deep.

I guess I forgot to update this site, but I sold the fish house last Friday. The gentleman who bought it said it would be up on Big Winnie this weekend, catching them some perch. Good luck Mike.
